Plain-English terms for using BidRadar. By using the service you agree to the following.
Operator
BidRadar is operated by HaulMatch Pty Ltd, ABN 63 700 281 045, ACN 700 281 045.
The service
BidRadar monitors authorized vehicle listings across supported auctions, classifieds, dealers, and marketplaces, then sends notifications that match filters you define. We are an alerts service only: we do not sell vehicles, take bids, or act as an agent for any source.
No affiliation
BidRadar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any auction house or marketplace whose listings appear in alerts. All trade names belong to their owners.
Accuracy
Alerts reflect listing data as published at the time of scanning. Prices, auction times and vehicle details can change or be withdrawn at the source at any time. Always verify details on the linked listing before bidding or travelling. We accept no liability for purchase decisions made on the basis of an alert, or for missed listings and delayed notifications.
Billing
Paid plans begin with one 14-day free trial per account. A payment method is required at signup; no charge is made during the trial, and the selected plan automatically bills monthly after the trial unless canceled first. There are no contracts, and you can cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Canceled accounts fall back to the Free tier, which does not include alert delivery. Paid-plan prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Subscriptions are supplied by HaulMatch Pty Ltd. We do not provide partial-period refunds after cancellation, though we may resolve exceptional cases through support. SMS alerts are subject to a daily volume cap.
Fair use
Your account is for your own use (or your business's). Reselling, republishing or redistributing alert data is not permitted. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
